This is a new in box kit - American Model Builders HO #166 Alton Elevator - Kit (Laser-Cut Wood) -- 6-1/2 x 5-1/2 x 10-1/2" 16.2 x 13.7 x 26.2cm

Based on an actual elevator located in Alton, Kansas, similar elevators like this could be found throughout America. At some point, a small office was added to the prototype; parts for this addition are included in the kit, but are separate from the main structure, so it can be adapted to fit your layout.
